ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder impacts human behavior. People with ADHD may have difficulty concentrating, feel restless, and may act on impulse. You can notice ADHD symptoms at an early age. When a child’s condition changes, like when school starts, it can become more noticeable. In most cases, ADHD has diagnosed 6 to 12 years old children. If you analyze it at your young age, your problem experiences continue. It is because the ADHD symptoms increase with age.

In this article, you can know three main symptoms of ADHD and how it can manage.

    Symptoms

There are three main symptoms to recognize ADHD. And these are:

    Hyperactivity

    The hyperactivity signs are:

    • Squirm and fidget when seated.
    • Run or climb a lot when it’s not appropriate.
    • Get up frequently to walk or run around.
    • Always be “on the go”.
    • Have trouble doing quiet hobbies or playing quietly.
    • Excess talking.

    Inattention

Until a child goes to school, you won’t notice it. For adults, you see ADHD when they go to the workplace. So, the inattention signs are:

    • Making careless mistakes.
    • Having a short attention span and being distracted.
    • Low patience.
    • Having difficulty organizing tasks.
    • Appearing forgetful or losing things.
    • Constantly changing activity or task.
    • Unable to listen or carry out instructions.

    Impulsivity

    The impulsivity includes:

    • Waiting a long time to talk or respond
    • Impatience
    • Frequent obstruction or intrusion on others may lead to social or work setting problems.

Without thinking about the consequences, children with ADHD can also do risky work.

    How to manage ADHD

Though there is no cure for ADHD, you can manage it. Take medication and proper educational support, support, and advice for parents and affected children if needed.

So, talk to the doctor first if you notice these symptoms in you or your child. Untreated ADHD can have a devastating effect.
